Fingerprint sign-in is available on Apple® and Android™ devices with fingerprint scanners. Ensure you have fingerprints set-up on your device. Enable Touch ID/Fingerprint from Settings > Security of the Pibank App. Once the Touch ID/Fingerprint is enabled on the App, any fingerprint(s) stored on the device can be used to log in to your Pibank App.

You can transfer funds at anytime by accessing Pibank Savings under "Deposit Money". Search for your bank and connect your account by entering your username and password; or manually entering the routing and account numbers. The transfer can only be made via a plaid transfer or by sending a wire transfer.

  1. Open the Pibank App on your device.
  2. On your initial login attempt, you'll need to:
    1. Input your username and password.
    2. Retrieve the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email address.
  3. Enter the OTP provided in the email to complete the authentication process.

To disable your device from the Pibank App, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to your Pibank App.
  2. Navigate to the "Personal Information" section.
  3. Choose "Linked devices" from the menu.
  4. You'll see a list of all your connected devices.
  5. Select the device you wish to disable.
  6. Click on "Unsubscribe".
  7. Confirm your action, and you're all set.

  1. Open the Menu and select Accounts.
  2. Choose the desired account.
  3. On the Pibank Savings screen, select Account Details and Nickname.
You will see all your account information, including the beneficiaries.

OTP stands for "One-Time Password." It's a security feature used for authentication purposes, especially in online services. The purpose of an OTP is to add an extra layer of security on top of traditional username and password authentication. Here's how it works:
  • Request for OTP: When you attempt to log in to a service that requires OTP authentication, you provide your username.
  • Generation: The service then generates a unique, temporary password (the OTP) and sends it to your registered email address.
  • Delivery: OTPs are generated through email.
  • Verification: Enter the OTP code received; in the requested device; within a specified time limit (usually a few minutes).
  • Validation: The service verifies the OTP you entered against the one it generated. If they match, you're granted access. If not, you may be given a limited number of attempts to try again, or you may need to request a new OTP.
  • Expiration: OTPs are valid for a short period of time (usually a few minutes) and can only be used once. After the specified time limit expires or after a successful login, the OTP becomes invalid.
OTP authentication adds an extra layer of security because even if someone manages to obtain your username and password, they will also need to access your mobile device or email inbox to successfully log in, making it significantly harder for unauthorized individuals to gain access to your accounts.

Adding beneficiaries to your account is simple with the Pibank App! Just follow these steps:
  1. Open the Menu and go to the Accounts option.
  2. Select the Pibank Savings account where you’d like to add a beneficiary.
  3. On the Pibank Savings screen, choose the Add Beneficiary option.
When submitting your request, make sure to include the beneficiary’s full name, date of birth (DOB), and Social Security Number (SSN). Once you’ve completed all the details, click Send Request. Your beneficiary information will be added to your account within 2-3 business days of it being submitted.
